She told us how Estheticians should relate with their clients and the apps that she uses to manage her clients and calendar.
One of the lessons you would learn is not to skip steps in your treatment no matter what, so you don’t lose the trust of your clients, and for this, she gave us some of the tricks that she uses to stay on track and not get distracted while at work.
She also gave us her opinion about what to do right after school.
In her last words, Kelly tells us to deal with people honestly and with integrity, and always state your intentions.
